Yes provided you munch through well and do lots of exercise. One entity you'll have to mind about though is putting substance back on immediately once you reach your desire on 20th July. I'm doing Slimming World, and I started in Jan at a size 20. I'm very soon 10 1/2lb lighter and a dress size down. A appropriate way to comfort you portion your food right is to buy and eat sour of children's sectional plates. The one's with 3 little "compartments" on them. They equal just about 2 cups of food (I think) and that's a good portion to devour - especially when trying to lose weight.
you may know how to lose enouth to go from a 16 to a 12 but build sure that you do it with excersise and heathy ingestion do not go on a trend diet as this can cause loads of problems also as soon as you stop you will put it adjectives back on and usally more, its roughly changing your lifestyle, dont be to disheartend if you catch to a 14 and stop droping dress sizes everyone has their own wonderful weight to plane ratio, when i lost weight i found the best process to do it was to cut down my solid content to around 20g per day, and exersise 3 times a week swimming etc, i also get a dog so i found that walking him was great, ( i did'nt grasp him for only that defence though ) good luck in recent times ryvita and ketchup with dampen it might work good luck
