How can you stop lumpy jelly-like period?

I am 13 years old and I own just have my second period. My spell was lumpy and cumbersome for 4 days. The period go for about 6 days and I don't know if it is average. I am scared that it will come posterior lumpy because it is very discomfited.

Answers:    Seriously? Same here, I'm 13 and it's my second. I have that, too, so don't verbs. I've read it's normal.
All I can consider of is going to the bathroom alot (every 1 to 2 hrs). I used to do that when I had a chunky flow as I didn't want to feel it on my wad.
Or you could wear tampons. by 'lumpy' do you mean clots??
i'm 22 and when i started my extent i was with the sole purpose 11...i had REALLY impossible ones also that were horrid, so beefy i could constantly tell when i be bleeding..i'd leak adjectives the time.i went to the doctors and get put on some tablets which helped the niggle and also stopped me from vomitting...it was to do near the lining within my vagina.
basically i dream up it's best if you go to the doctors...it's deeply normal but a short time ago unlucky...periods can finishing up to a week when you suffer from heavy ones.
another impression, if you're not put on tablets like me, is to travel on the pill, not for sex, but it helps remove the colour your period. seriously...
I hope it works out for you, but don't worry, it is everyday :) xxx
It may just be that since these are your first few cycles, the bin liner you are shedding is very gooey. Unfortunately, periods are discomfited, especially at first. You should talk to your mom or an aunt or someone you trust if they are still really lumpy after a couple of months, and you should see a gynecologist in 6 months of starting your period so you can put together sure everything is normal and fine. I know that sounds about as fun as have your teeth pulled out by a train, but it's very critical that you take exactness of yourself, since reproductive cancers and diseases are some of the most existence altering and potentially fatal malady women face. Though it's discomfited It being lumpy is rather normal. It's the4 inside layer of the uterus that hadn't been 'used'.

You see. when you gain your ovulation (14-16 days after the first day of every period) and you didn't seize 'fertilized' the lining/layer covering the uterus to 'cushion' the growing fetus would'nt get to be used so it comes out as your time around another 14-16 days after your ovulation. Hence there are clots
Lumpy period ussually mean your have blood clots - Which are completely NORMAL. The clots do come for a reason though oodles which are harmless... though some forms of Anemia and a type of iron lesser amount has blood clots as a symptom. Maybe newly get checked up by a doctor if you want to generate sure. ussually they'll just rob a blood test and count your red blood cell and make sure everything is A OK. dont verbs ,this is normal but if they receive too much for you the doctor can give you something to settle it down..
its resembling that because the blood is clotting.
