Always tired!?

i am ALWAYS tired! is there anything that i can lug, like any sort of vitamins, that will afford me energy? i already help yourself to a b-100, which i would think would be satisfactory, but it's not. maybe a solution form or b-12 shot from the doctor? herbal supplement? i come home from school (i'm a teacher) at 3:30 and i sleep 'til 7:00! it's disastrous! i drink 2-3 cups of coffee a day but that doesn't come across to help any! help please!

Answers:    I be the same as you and i found out i wasn't getting plenty sun shine,i am in Wisconsin it's cold and this year we saw sun I don`t know 6 times ?? so every time the sun is out i sit in it through my fanlight
Is there a break you could be pregnant? That was the first point that came to my mind since you are taking b-12. Maybe try a multivitamin? I would christen your DR. She will probably give you a pregnancy try-out first thing. You might want to also enjoy her check your sugar. You might have low blood sugar. If you're not pregnant, you might own a sleeping disorder. Do you have a suitable healthy diet next to all the vitamins you stipulation? If not, start over with your diet and pilfer a vitamin like centrum that have all the vitamins surrounded by it.
Could you be depressed?
Could you have aenemia?
Could you hold had glandular hallucination in the recent past without knowing it?

I ask becasue I enjoy the same problem, and these are adjectives things I am asking myself. It could be that you are in really doomed to failure cycle sleeping so much (probably caused by depression, even though you might not grain sad). The only method I can combat it is to ignore it, adn capture plenty of sunlight and physical activity. But when I stop that after a few days I walk into the slump again. How long has it be like this for you?
First of adjectives, you should have your blood tested. You may be anemic, or near could be something else wrong. If you get a verbs bill of health from the doctor, try activate the caffeine by taking a brisk 30 minute walk in a jiffy after your coffee. I have to do this myself or I perceive fatigued all daylight. I was close to that for a while too. I also was told by coworkers to help yourself to b-12.What worked for me was I started intake more fresh fruits and veggies. I used to eat in haste food & microwave meals at work and I be skipping breakfast.
I think for me it be my diet that was making me be aware of tired.
Since changing my intake habits I don't get the impression tired, i've even been working out 5 times a week. Maybe this is impossible to tell apart for you.
