I enjoy an hpv virus .through pap test i come to know abt it.?

i dont know how i caught it.i never had sex next to anyone but only near my husband & he too never had sex.i dont realize how?before my pap interview ,me & my hubby had sex.can that affect the result of pap question paper?can it wrongly show in pap question paper that i have hpv or can it change cell inside? can someone help?
