It's super smooth, close to a tall chalice of milk Its really smooth. It is made of plastic not cardboard like some others. And its really glib and comfortable to use. Ive never used tampax pearl though.

smoother. i like them better than tampax pearl. they are more absorbant too so you can confer on them in longer than you can go off in tampax pearl.
