Stomach Hurting?
*1 cup of cereal and natural milk, 1 fruit
*2 dairy-free waffles w/ sugar free syrup, 1 fruit
*1 life bagel, 1 fruit
And that fills me up, afterwards every morning around 10 o'clock my stomach starts to growl. My lunchtime at school is at 11:40-12:10, so that's when I munch through. I normally pack
*Water, 1 PB sandwich, and 2 fruits
Then right after lunch, my stomach hurts for in the order of 3 hours, and then stops one I return with to dance practice. This have been up everyday for about 2 weeks...what could it be?
I've be a vegetarian for 1 1/2 years, and I am almost 16 years hoary.
Answers: All you are eating is carbs. That doesn't nouns healthy at adjectives. I would start using benefiber everyday and eat more vegetables and fruit. You stipulation to follow the pyramid guidelines. The first few days are hard on your digestive system but it is patently worth it in the completion.
Try not to eat so much dairy, drinking the same foods can also label you hungry Uh? To much sugar? I don't see any real food...I close-fisted like chicken or at tiniest tofu! I know your vegetarian..
You might be have trouble because of combining fruit with bread at lunchtime. Try something exotic.
