Do you play alot of sport if so this might be why but really my sweet its not the size its the big heart that guys really like and if they dont let somebody know them to piss off.

i think its inherent. i got mine really hasty like 11 or 12 and am a D but my sister didnt gain hers until she was similar to 15 and now shes a C so its freshly in your genes...or it could be something to do next to puberty. you might want to get it checked out and bring in sure everything is working the way it should be! wtf, u have issues, receive a life loser. Been at hand...done that. My sister is 4 years younger than me and almost as soon as she started developing she was bigger than me. Even presently (we're 28 and 24) she's a D or DD and I'm only an A. Don't whip this the wrong the way, but at your age you and your friends are young-looking and immature going on for these things. You'll all outgrow it and not a soul will care that you're younger sister is bigger than you. It sucks...but that's existence. Just try not to show that it bothers you and eventually people will stop engrossed to it.
