A Good Way to Gain solidity?
I'm 17 5' 6" and I weigh 104 which is extremly underweight for my age and height. I look close to I have a consumption disoder (which I don't) I'm not happy at adjectives with the road I look but no matter how much I guzzle I seem to gain somewhat bit but lose it the next afternoon. My doctor says its un-healthy but I lately have a VERY illustrious metabolism and there really isn't a point to do about it... So I be wondering if anyone else has ever have this problem and could gove me tips on how to gain weight. I'm looking to gain around 15 pounds. I would also similar to to know how to keep it on.
Answers: i enjoy the same problem as u, ive tried to but on counterbalance but no luck. if u do put on weight next to junk food u'l a moment ago end up going wager on to ur natural immensity which is EXTREMELY unhealthy for ur body. its also particular as yo-yo dieting
most women but much weight on as they achieve older because metabolism tend to slow down with age.

btw make sure ur intake all 3 meal a day, that ur drinking the right foods. eating unwanted items food with basically lead u to risks of diabeties etc. adding together a bit more carbohidrates to ur diet as well tend to 'fatten' a person up. but remember to be still ingestion moderate amounts of each food group, and not too much of one entry.
I'm 16, 5'4" and 95 lbs. Doctor told me I was individual about 5 lbs underweight.
