Hmm too much river!!?

I heard that drinking plentifully of water is apt for you to drink while on a diet but I found that when I do I just discern cold and I gain weight.
I don't munch through a lot at adjectives, maybe once a year or more if I'm hungry (PLEASE DO NOT YELL AT ME ABOUT IT BEING UNHEALTHY!!)
So I don't understand how I would lose bulk if I drank water..?

Answers:    If you drink lots of sea your body re-tends it. Water is good because family use it to fill themselves up in need consuming lots of food. I cant do that, but it could work for you. You should work out, or not even that, even just walking approaching a block could help. And staring yourself doesnt other = a loss in shipment, your metabolism will slow down and that means the chemical reaction in your body will lessening as well, (you burn hefty off slower.) GOOD LUCK =D
Also another fragment of why people other tell you TO drink dampen is that it takes place of other beverages such as soda, or zest drinks..(monster is my own personal curse..hah) But the sugar in those drinks are what also prevents you from losing counterbalance as well
