Early term?

im 17 and have be getting my period for give or take a few 6 years now so its to a certain extent normal. i preserve a calender to see when its supposed to come next and usually it starts surrounded by the end of respectively month. however, this month i drastically changed my diet(very healthy very soon..& eating sufficiently)..and started excersizing more than regular and own gotten my period nearly 10 days earlier than expected. my quiz is..does diet and excersize changes enjoy anything to do with the menstrual cycle? could it be the origin my period started faster this month? serious answers only..please and thank you :)
p.s i am not sexually moving or on any birth control

Answers:    Absolutely. Many things can affect your cycle, such as diet, exercise, illness, stress, among them. Also, although you've have your period for 6 years, it can still become irregular or you can be behind schedule or early occasionally. Unless you're on birth control, it's pretty much middle-of-the-road to not be exactly regular.

I wouldn't worry unless it become very irregular or change signficantly, then you may want to yak to your doctor.
