What should i do if i am depressed?
Answers: a LOT of pubescent girls get depressed... most of your friends are i'm sure and quality the same means of access embarassed so they cover it up and make everything seem to be normal... but explicitly UNHEALTHY... you should write down what you are feeling everynight... what is it that is to say upsetting you and then show your parents and say aloud i think its a sign of mild depression..and ask to procure a doctors advice.. i go through YEARS of depression thinking i was the solitary one...it turned out 8 or my 10 closest friend went through it adjectives at the same time. its crazy growing up you body is varying and that causes depression too nil you can do to stop it only things you can do to backing it. PLEASE get lend a hand if you dont as much as you will try to keep it below control... it will get worse.. even if your parents dont believe you and devise you just want attention... let somebody know them to let a doc establish and if he says no speak you will drop it but if he says yes ... nick care of it.. i wont obtain better on its own
Yes, see a professional. Depression is a mental illness which can spiral uncontrolled. There is nothing to be ashamed or embaressed almost depression it is a real condition that can rob over parts of your life. Perhaps you should see a doctor and chat to him/her around your symptoms and they can help.

Yes, please budge see a doctor! They can help you! You should discuss to your Dr. It is actually much more adjectives than you think. Don't be embarassed by this. I feel it's best to talk to a womanly Dr. because they are usually more compassionate and listen better than male Drs. That have always be my experience anyway. Exercise also can be helpful but sometimes medication is needed so see a correct Dr.
