Coming past its sell-by date the pill?
i came rotten the pill after 8 years in November. I have a period contained by December which was conventional and then my January one be only 2 days long, im tierd adjectives the time and have put on freight around my stomach. i have taken 2 pregnancy test both negative. Has anyone have similar side effects or any suggestions what else it could be. I have never have trouble loosing weight until that time but no matter what i do ( one and only eating 3 on top form meals a daytime, sit ups every day and gym 3 times a week) im not loosing this cargo.

I own had outstandingly similar experiences since coming off the pill surrounded by september 2007. Have put weight on, my cycle is past its sell-by date and my HPT's have adjectives been gloomy - despite trying every month. I think its simply hormones settling down cos my skin has gone silly too and i rarely draw from spots. Give it a couple more months and things should start to settle down. With the weight entry just guzzle healthily and exercise regularly, thats all you requirement to do.
I had a similar issue- it take time for your body to get final into the routie. All you can do is try and cut down on fatty foods and regular excseise you will get hindmost to normal as your body will start to transform to this new transform.
