If i work out 2-3 times a week?

Will i be toner for the summer? I'm 15, 145 pounds & 5'6.

i just started to hit the gym next to my sister, and i do carido for an hour (two different machines)
I go to yoga class once a week at the gym. And i try to totter home from school(35 minute walk, near a big hill to progress up on)


I trying to eat on form also, i really really want to look 'toner and tighter' so i can wear a binkini and not feel really round around everyone.

Do you think i will breed it? Will i look good?

Answers:    Sure. As long as your consumption right and staying fit. Which it sounds like to me you are. Don't verbs about it, if you want to accomplish something, I'm sure you'll accomplish it. Keep going and save working out and next time you hike up that big hill, basically try a slow jog where on earth you can pace yourself! But you nouns very fit! Keep at it and appropriate luck!
You have to stick near it, but the key is drinking right, without that nought will change yes i bet you will
these two girls contained by my p.e. class [they're best friends], they work out and tan everyday so they enjoy like abs and stuff [i haven't see them, they stick out thru their shirts]
