I hold tried the pill but I want to know how to stop hefty and tender period?

I have tried four types of contraceptive pill, microgynon, cilest, yasmin and this be a few months. I have more lately tried marvelon. However when I do i feel completely depressed, surface sick or am sick, weak and a moment ago can't socialise with anyone. This cause arguments. I have tried penetrating for alternatives but I've bad and honourable things about everything. I read somewhere that if I pinch 10mg of zinc and 50 mg of vitamin B6 this could help near the pain have anyone done this and does it work? Have you got anything else to suggest?

I'm here to contribute a positive personal experience beside iron supplementation. I had horrendously immense / painful period too. I supplemented my diet with fish grease, multivitamin, and zinc which improved my physical form in several ways but not my heavy period. When trying to donate blood recently, I be denied for being anemic. I contracted to try heavy iron supplementation - adding together 325 mg twice a day surrounded by addition to what I be getting in my multivitamin. The first full cycle after I begin this supplementation was twinge free and normal surrounded by volume and length. 3 cycles since, I am still experiencing much lighter and pain free period. You may want to ask the dr. about putting you on an extended cycle pill, one that will brand you get your spell less than once a month. Zinc doesn't help symptoms much, especially not aching, it helps your immune system, so that it may relief you get 'regular'. Magneseum may relief with anguish, especially cramps. as for heavy period, take an iron supplement, or put away lots of green veggies and lettuces. It helps, seriously.

As for the B6, you enjoy to take adjectives of the B vitamins for any of them to work, so if you want to try B6, then procure a B 'multi' vitamin. Even a good All inclusive multi, similar to centrum might help. It definately can't hurt. ;)

Depo provera is an choice, it is a lot easier to remember, that's for sure, but you trade not getting period (or getting lighter periods) for major mood swings and have to take a afternoon off of work every 3 months because the shot may take home you very sick (it did me...). I didn't hold very flawless luck with it, I be on it for 4 years, and will advise everyone I know to stay as far away from it as you can. Also, the FDA have issued a statement that you can't take it for more than 2 years. It can bring sterility in the worst situation. Please be enormously careful. 3 years after I stopped taking it, I'm still have irregular periods and finally getting them hindmost. I went 5 years lacking a period becuase of Depo. I will i'd never started.
