Do tampons Cuase Cramps?
So ive heard that wearing a tampon vs. wearing a wipe, that tampons give you cramps. I know you can enjoy cramps using a pad too and that its the uterus contracting.but is it true that using tampons can motive cramps or worsen them?
I get cramps no business what I'm wearing but i notice they are somewhat stronger when i am wearing a tampon? is it just within my head? relief.
Answers: tampons don't cause or worsen cramps, try drinking lots of wet cramps usually stem from blood clots, your uterus has a harder time getting rid of clots consequently just pure blood so drinking river hydrates you and decreases clotting also try breathing exercises i find concentrating on breathing help :D good luck
I occasionally have cramps. I use tampons. I dislike pads. I suppose that's just contained by your head. I don't see how that can impose a problem.
I have notice if it's in wrong... not surrounded by far enough it's VERY discomfited.

Everyone has cramps during extent, but the pain vary, some don't feel it at adjectives. If you're slotting the tampon in correctly, it shouldn't hurt.
Tampons don't craft you cramp more than pads do, that is to say all contained by your head. Take Midol and exercise, not much more you can do to attain rid of the pain. No. It's not the tampons that basis the cramps - it makes no difference what you wear, you will still capture cramps. I take paracetamol and tale down with a hot hose bottle - usually helps.
when i wear a wad the cramps get worse! but when i wear a tampon not so much...mabey its the time when your putting it contained by?? yes totally!
