I want to gain bulk contained by a week...relieve?
Answers: Eat alot of pasta and carbohydrates. Eat lots of sweets like debbie cake, candy bars, cookies until you are full and especially right previously you go to bed. Just guzzle more than than you usually do and eat alot.
munch through mc donalds everyday 4 lunch and dinner and 4 snacks have some crisps and chocolate!! and dont do any excerise pastas, breads, and carbs, try some fattening foods short going nuts on sweets and mc donalds they wont help you gain solidity just artery problems!
try only eating 6 meal in the daylight with snacks contained by between too its like you want to munch through more without going for the unwanted items food
In a week, have your period(lol) all right eat foods next to lots of fat and carbs. Skip adjectives the healthy stuff, switch to together milk. chocalate, cake, cookies, pop, not diet. pepsi, drpepper and moutian dew would be the most fattining I think. Also lots of bread, and MD's . Or your best hcoice if you enjoy money just munch through out at fast food returants every morning. The healthiest (but not cheapest) way is to chomp through body builder nutrition, they come in powders, bar, and drinks, you can get them at a GNC or similar store.
If you want to squirrel away money, go for a combination of carbohydrates and protein. Your body will try to digest the easiest (protein) first and store the carbohydrates as excess weight.
Make sure you get adequate fiber to avoid constipation. Also take a vitamin supplement to brand name sure the change surrounded by diet doesn't give you e.g. a cold.
