Lose immensity?
I'm gonna stick to it... 4 days a week of 30 minutes minimum cardio.aerobic exercise. And along near stomach exercises afterwards/before.
If I keep at this, and keeping ingestion right... IE I NEVER drink soda anymore. I don't eat sweets any. I drink water, liquid (orange) and that's pretty much it. I bought those Odwalla juice drinks sometimes, too. I'm gonna drink smaller portions too. I dont eat huge portions to commence with anyway.
Anyway if I do this...how much can I lose within a month? I wanna get down to 140 - 150.
Oh and I'm 5'8" and own a small frame...just enjoy damn love handles. I wear a 34 size jeans.
Answers: In the ultimate year I lost 93 lbs., went from a size 44 waist to a size 34 waist. I starting intake better - fruit and salad ( & I hated lettuce), but I stuck it out for a few weeks and very soon I eat better by mannerism. I still have some sweets - low podgy yogurt and my favorite, weight watchers rime cream bars. I used the organic herb Hoodia for a couple of months to break my addition to delayed night snacking.
But the best consider I did was using my 2 fifteen minutes breaks at work to amble. I started going around the block, and the 2 blocks, and then 3 blocks. The mass started to fall, I kept walking further and faster but adjectives in time constrain of 15 minutes. I then started to shift to work 15 minutes earlier freshly to get contained by another walk in the past work + the 2 fifteen minutes breaks. I then starting walking nearly 30 minutes of my lunch hours (instead of watching TV in our break room at work). I also bearing in a local park 45 minutes respectively weekend day. I bought a Ipod shuffle for some tunes which really help.
I now started lifting dumbbells at home and doing push ups. I go from 3 push ups in Jan of '07 to 30 push ups tonight.
I'm not getting into shape, but I'm never going to be solid again.
