Massengil powder works pretty well for rash. If it doesn't clear up that way, I don't know of any other OTC methods you could try... I work within a pharmacy and that powder sells really okay. Hope you feel better soon. I know that you contemplate that this is not a vaginal yeast infection but your body is also telling you that you enjoy some sort of a yeast problem. I would try Threelac or Fivelac and you can get it from tons places. I got mine from www.stopyeast.com
tragic is right, the powder is what you have need of, the cream just keep things moist and the rash will keep on. You need to hold on to the area dry remember? Your doctors bureau does not have an answering service for emergency call? Use it, you are in discomfort and they can beckon something in for you. Call your Gyn. if the other doctor is off limits. (I know, this is not a vaginal yeast infection, still use your doctors that is what they gain paid the big bucks for) In the indicate time, use a cortisone cream to relieve the itch. Dont take hot showers or baths, as the warmth will irritate it. Try to take a rest in need clothing on the area. Take bennadryll to minister to with the itch as all right, but call your doctor.
Make sure you're fascinated to your diet. Avoid sugars and complex carbohydrates.

Also, make suer you're taking contained by plenty of probiotics like plain yogurt and cottage cheese.
