i know of some of the side effects that the birth control pill causes ex nausea, breast pain etc all which i know are due to the extra hoemones that we are tally to the body but what connection does it own with depression. As far as i know the medical explanation for depression is a chemical imbalance contained by the brain?

Answers:    I always go and get a bit neurotic when I'm on the pill. I get spiteful and anxious, tired and fidgety. All surrounded by all I'm not at my best.

I don't know why we carry depressed- I think it's one of those things that's really not extraordinarily well buried. Just think how you quality JUST before your period- that's what the pill is resembling constantly

The pill is made of hormones that lower the chances for pregnancy. Some times when your hormone level change the consistency good hormones released by your brain don't release. Hormone is another word for chemical released by the body. Some folks are affected differently by the pill than others. hope this help!:)
