Smelly Discharge :|?

I smell so baad..:( and down within it smells close to a rotten hamster coop near sour milk spilt inside it...(this isnt a set-up plz thieve it seriously) and whenever I be in motion t the toilet I see this discharge surrounded by my knickers...and my time of year be over lik 1 1/2 week ago. Its kinda close to a whitey/seethru colour...sturdy to explain. Anybody get any impression of what this could be? Its so unpleasent. Also, any remedies?
