the doctor told me to lose the counterweight
the 1st few pounds are easy but in a minute its not coming off and i be aware of tired and ive never been this sweet before any, i was 130 and in a minute 190 or so at least some solidity would be good
doctor told me she does not want me over 200 because of my vague kidneys
so what has help you, any tips
