Allergic to Latex?

No business how turned on I am and everything, after a bit while using condoms I become very very dry. When used for too long, afterwards it feel approaching the skin right at the crack have be ripped apart. Even when I use lube, it get devastatingly dry. Could this be a latex allergy?
