I take" One A Day " or "Equate"(wall mart brand)for woman, Multivitamins and Mineral , it's the one that help your body metabolize carbohydrates fat and proteins.

Prenatal vitamins...the doctor say these are the best to clutch even when your not pregnant, they enjoy extra things in in that and they won't hurt you within anyway, they of late distribute you extra boost of vitamins and minerals, keep your skin and spine glowing to..so i still to this year rob pre=natal vitamins...although i don't plan on getting pregnant again.
