I took an extra contraceptive pill by mistake.. is this ok?

I took two pills on alike hours of daylight by mistake. I hold carried on the pack as common; lately a daylight ahead of myself and plan to only follow on the subsequent pack in need the seven morning break, is it ok to own unprotected sex, or is their a greater break of pregnancy?
