Is it true that underwired bras tend to restrict breast growth ?

So is it doomed to failure for those to be wearing bras immature ? I'm fifteen and I've be wearing underwired bras for years. I only just brought a push-up bra though and it feel really restrictive and I couldn't minister to thinking that it be fruitless for my breasts so I haven't worn it since. Are underwired and push up bras and things approaching that fruitless for growing breasts ?
