Chest wall pain?

i enjoy only just have my breast examined and doc could,nt find any lumps or anything, i enjoy have a scan everything fine,docs say it may be muscular problems could this be possible,also i suffer from reflux feebly at times but the misery is as a rule surrounded by the right breast,also i suffer from anxiety.can someone inform me what they infer.
