I want to lose 15 pounds and 2 inches from my hips?

i would really love to lose the mass and inches beforehand academy starts . i enjoy mono right immediately though and my doctor told me i couldn't do any physical activitie otherwise i could rupture my spleen
is here any special diets that work? lacking have to do any excercise or grasp any diet solidity loss pills?
