How can I lose weight fast?
I am 12 and I weigh more than my mom ( and I am shorter than her). I am consumption kinda improved but I cant keep hold of it up for long but I am upset to exercise because I read surrounded by a book that you gain pounds because you are building muscle. Is that true? I want to breed a difference surrounded by the style I look a short time bit beforehand university starts again ( Aug. 13). Please back!
