I'm not 100% sure, but i assume it might. It works for me at tiniest. But since our bodies are different, i wouldnt know. I go to the gym and worked out wayyy more than usual, and my time of year be suppose to start the year of or the sunshine after, and it finished up anyone delayed close to a week. So i regard it merely depends. It wouldnt hurt to try it though
