Does doing sit ups delay your period?..or any exercise around the time of your period.?

last year i remember i did approaching a hundred sit ups for approaching 3 days within a row...and my extent be supposed to come but done up coming a week past due. and i want to rescheduling my time because i dont want it right immediately and its supposed to start today but if i did plentifully of exercise would it rescheduling it?

I'm not 100% sure, but i assume it might. It works for me at tiniest. But since our bodies are different, i wouldnt know. I go to the gym and worked out wayyy more than usual, and my time of year be suppose to start the year of or the sunshine after, and it finished up anyone delayed close to a week. So i regard it merely depends. It wouldnt hurt to try it though
