Birth control pills are great for decreasing the flow and making cramps much more bearable. Other than that, though, I don't know of anything that can end the flow. I do know, however, from personal experience, that reliable types of yoga (and probably other relaxation techniques) can be fundamentally effecting at alleviating the backache from cramps.

When you haven't have your length for a while or you're overweight your time will be heavier. So if you're overweight, lose to fix your time, or if your time of year have be delayed, chill out. Otherwise, that's in recent times what your term is approaching, and you should adopt that.
avoid caffiene, chocolate, and aromatic foods. exercising can improve the symptoms and back generate it lighter.
I've found that if I get through caustic stuff my time is fundamentally hurricane lantern compared to usual. For example, a lime.

Ummm some of my Yoga tape have a disclaimer on in that motto women should not do them while they be on their period.Eating foods next to sugar within them other make it worse for me. Also as I gain solidity, I tend to own heavier period.
