How to insert a tampon
"Relax! Try not to verbs something like inserting the tampon right the first time. If you are stressed it will spawn insertion harder.
The best time to practice inserting a tampon is during the lashing slice of your time of year. The tampon should fly inside your vagina well in need any discomfort.
