Having some breast pain issues. I've be sleeping on my side near a pillow beneath me and within the morning it's gone - but later when the afternoon hits it get annoying again.

I hold coffee and soda can sort it worse but I don't drink any so is nearby anything I can do?

Also, how long does the discomfort usually end for you?
