Ive been on birth control pills for over 2yrs. And ive missed pills b4 and never had this happen.?

ANd i missed 1 pill this month, i merely have my term 2wks ago so it isnt time for it nonetheless. ANd im havin spotting. Do u surmise my pill will be ineffective this month since im havin this? Or is it possible i could be pregnant already?
