Slim down thighs?

I am a woman that have terribly muscular thighs and I want to gross them skinner by losing muscle. How can I do that?

I don't really know your work out situation. But lifting beefy weights builds muscle so... try lifting lighter weights but doing more sets near them and up your cardio!
