I haven't used it during sex, but I did approaching using it. and you can hold them surrounded by during sex so you should try it.I used them when they first come out. Honestly, they be only just ok at best. They tend to overflow more than purely a tampon and I never really know what to do next to them when I took it out. Can't flush it, really objectionable to wrap and throw away....... a short time ago yuck.
