Pains in sides and lower abdomen?

Hello I would really appreciate some assist. Getting an appointment next to my doctor is really difficult so while I try I thought Id ask for some proposal, I keep hold of getting devastating pains in my sides, sometimes sharp and sometimes a dull hurting. I also enjoy cramping pains in my lowr tummy resembling term misery, except I'm not have my time.

I suffer from stomach problems too close to bloating and diaroea, could it be IBS?
