Mirena IUD?

I enjoy have Mirena since July and it is immediately February. I reflect on I may be have a time presently. It is not too heavily built but adequate to where on earth I am thinking of putting a tampon in. Is this adjectives or should I shift to the dr? I have a extent for a month after I have it put within and nought since til presently. Any thinking?
