I reckon you should newly see your line doctor. There are pills close to midol that even out the effects of pms as all right as cramps. There are also a few stretches you can do that relieve cramps. But I somehow doubt that would give support to beside the anger. But I really do suppose it is best to basically approach your doctor roughly it, I'm sure they'll enjoy some informative suggestions. Its a adjectives promblem. Your hormones are clearly nuts. See your doctor and she should know how to sort something out for you. You will probably hold to step on the pill. A friend of mine have this problem and this sorted her out (well it at lowest calmed her down to a more "normal" height of PMS).
