There be a time i did D&C, i bleeded heavily for three weeks next to pains, can this result in block fallopian tube, enjoy any one experience this? and what did u do to conceive?

I doubt the D & C cause this problem unless your doctor is a total quack.
It's more promising that you hold scarring on your tubes from something else, such as endometriosis, but it also sounds close to the doc bungled the d & c somewhat as you should NEVER bleed that long from one.
