tampon hurt or anything? im on my period and i enjoy to go swimming and ive never used it since.

hurt, no. discomfited for the first few times using one? yes.

You'll probably have problems using one for the first time (I idle 2 I think), so I suggest getting a plastic applicator for the first time and it should slide easier.

Period Question?

Using tampons can be tricky at first but should never hurt. The key is to remain at ease and relaxed and get into a position that is to say comfortable for you. Tampons can make time so much easier but just spawn sure you remember to never leave a tampon within too long and choose a tampon that is right for your flow.

It will not hurt if properly inserted, follow directions on the box. If you are afraid, practice. Being afraid will make you clinch up, for withdrawal of a better way to vote it. This is a bit graphic but, you may want to "suck in" a little for the tampon to be in motion deep plenty not to hurt when you move.
Do not forget it's there, you could become in poor health w/ Toxic Shock syndrome. Look it up if you don't know what it is.
