hi ive get pcos as very well,
from what ive hear the best deit to step on is the low gi one as it controls the sugar level within the body which can sustain pcos side affects

but to be honest i'm of late doing a low cal diet and excersise the weights coming rotten but it's slower than next to other family who havent get pcos
