Birth Control Pill - Start Effectiveness?

Okay, so it be Friday today and my physician said I can start the birth control pill today. I only just finished my interval this olden Tuesday/Wednesday and she said it's fine to start. The primary cause I started taking this be because of my bumpy and irregular period, but I am thinking around using it as a contraceptive too.

So my interview is, since I didn't start on the Sunday of my term, or the fifth morning of my interval, when will the birth control pill give somebody a lift worth? Will it transport freshly a week close to middle-of-the-road? Or since its stale, will it lift a month or so to get hold of into some sort of routine? I'm not sure, it's my first time so any lend a hand would be greatly appreciated.

when i started taking the pill my doctor told me that if you want to hold a smaller quantity risk of pregnancy when taking the pill to use condoms or others until i enjoy be taking the pill at lowest 3 months but as far as regulating your period it should start subsequent month purely clear sure that you hold the pill everyday around indistinguishable time

can someone please comfort me?

If your doctor said it's okay to start today, I would trust her, but I do believe the suggestion is to use a condom/spermicide/etc. during the first week. If you own any question, a pharmacist can usually answer them and it's seriously faster than going to a doctor's bureau. Good Luck!
