How do I gain weight? Is this because of my body or my mind?

I'm a 25 y/o Asian. My point is 5'3 and I weigh 42 kgs..I used to weigh around 45-46 kgs. It may not be the just right substance but I feel flawless and most individuals give well brought-up comments roughly speaking my appearance.
I started to lose substance by mistake since 9 months ago which is 2 months after starting my 1st livelihood. I'm clearly sure I don't enjoy any drinking disorder and I don't do any diet..that vehicle I put away rice, potato, etc. I never skip breakfast, lunch, dinner.
For the ultimate 4 months family own kept describing me that I'm too skinny and I own to chomp through more and 1 of them even suggested me doing some sport..the things is: I'm not really into sport except dance. I never munch through smaller quantity than I usually do and my "big portion" may not be as big as other nation pinch.
Another big article: my dad passed away 3 months ago..my mom too 8 years ago. Life hasn't be smooth in this day and age because I have need of to adjust myself to some topical situation...and it's not straightforward.
