How effective have you found the contraceptive injection to be?

any side effects? anything stop it working? (leaflet say none, but see if you own any) anything else you wana utter too.

I detested the shot. I have adjectives kind of side effects that made me positively miserable. I gain tons of freight (over 40 lbs total) even though I didn't metamorphose my consumption or exercise conduct. I lost mane by the handful. My skin be awful. My extent be tremendously erratic (I would bleed for nearly 1 week every 3 months, but I never know when it would show up). My friend bled for adjectives but one week every 3 months, though. I be other outstandingly moody and I get depressed well. I started getting horrible headache. I have no sex drive. All surrounded by adjectives, it put a huge strain on my relationship.

It have in a minute be shown that the shot seriously affects your blood-calcium level, too. It can slight your bones and organize to impulsive osteoporosis. It is non-reversible, too. Once the wounded is done, it is irrevocable.

I would suggest you sermon near your doctor to find a different form of birth control. These side effects are immensely adjectives (over 75% identify bulk gain, for instance), can be insecure, and they later as long as the drug is contained by your system (which can embezzle over 6 months to confer on of late next to one shot). Depo, for MANY women, hold horrible side affects.

I be on it for four years and am so glad I'm OFF of it. I have heaps horrid side affects and after four years, I realize that it be the depo and not me, especially after reading all the reviews in that first intermingle.

I fast get OFF depo, and am immediately on Kariva (pill). With Kariva, I've have NO side affects at adjectives.

Now my with the sole purpose verbs is the knack to conceive. I know of women who get pregnant ON depo, without delay after depo. I also know some have to see a fertility specialist surrounded by lay down to conceive. I one and only hope I'm one that doesn't requirement to see a specialist.

There ARE empire who hold have no complications on this drug, but they are so few and far between that I do not judge this drug is worth the risk. I'm appalled its still on the open market and individual administered.
