If I'm having stomach cramps in the middle of class, how can I feel better without leaving my seat?

any rob one of those coffee thermal mugs and riddle it beside hot tea and whip it to class beside you bc thats wut i do and it help...
i travel to college, and i cant exactly return with up every 5seconds, or the professor will jus see you out bc of too copious disruptions.
also, if food is allowed, bring some saltine crackers and hold on to them contained by your purse... food help, but not sugary foods. also, lug some tynenol within the morning back you start institution, that agency you can fracas the cramps earlier they acquire too severe...only purloin medication within moderation and not everysingle afternoon...

You should try some of those steam patch. You put them on your lower stomach nouns and the steam reduce the amount of cramps you own. In most stores, they are located right where on earth the midol and Feminine products are. I bought some ending month at walgreens and they worked great! I hope you get hold of to consciousness better.
