Cause of bleeding?

Has anyone on oral contraceptives experienced breakthrough bleeding after taking Xanax? I read that it's similar in effect to anticonvulsants, and I know that some of those can effect breakthrough bleeding.
I be taking this as needed around the time I have some breakthrough bleeding. Both my gyn and a pharmacist told me that it probably wasn't the grounds, but I'm still worried. Does anyone else own any personal experience (either positive or negative) beside taking oral contraceptives and benzos at like time?
I'd really appreciate any counsel, since I'd love to be capable of lift the Xanax again. I use it at dark and own be really sleep deprived short it.

Xanax is not a medication that should be used on a long occupancy principle because of it's addictive virtues. It is a shorter acting tranquilizer and not really great to use as a sleep aid. It does not interact beside oral contraceptives to bring breakthrough bleeding.If the breakthrough bleeding continues you may own to try a different contraceptive beside a different hormone ratio. LOL
