What are some causes of dizziness?

Sometimes I own bouts of dizziness. Lately, it's be worse. I am slightly anemic, but individual VERY slightly. Other than that, I don't hold too frequent strange condition conditions. I am not pregnant. I hold rheumatoid arthritis, but I enjoy not taken my medication since June and it never cause me to be dizzy. I'm a moment ago wondering if anyone else have bouts of dizziness or know what might be some cause.
