That depends on what your interests are and how right you are at math and memorization. Both require deeply of memorization, but different kind. With chemistry you enjoy to memorize formulas and chemical compounds. With microbiology you enjoy to memorize things close to the parts of a cell and other biological language. Both also require lab work, but again, different kind of lab work. With chemistry you are dealing next to chemicals, while surrounded by microbiology you are dealing next to living organisms.
