Does the chest need breathing "space" when we're sleeping?

When I be younger, I be told that it be advisable for one to not wear bra when one is sleeping, as our chest requests "space" to breathe. And that wearing bra to sleep can creel its nouns, is this true? I am 21 years mature in a minute, so as far as I know, it have reach its maximum size and will simply become bigger when breastfeeding, but I'm still wondering if within's any truth to that story. So I wear bras during the year (so they don't obtain saggy), and none at hours of darkness (so they can "breathe", or at most minuscule so the lymphatic fluid can drain). But I read this a million years ago.

I don't deduce that wearing a bra hamper growth. Breasts are not, to my acquaintance, approaching those potatoes that you clamp into molds so that they grown into the shape of Elvis' person in charge.
