I would like to know how can i have a flat stomac, without any medications or tummy tuck, tried sit up nothin?

You can enjoy the fittest abdominal muscles but it can be covered in a lode of tubby. Keep a strong diet and do some aerobic exercise close to jog or dance.

Are you doing the sit ups correctly? When you do them pretend on the floor near your knees bent at a comfortable horizontal. Place your hand at the rear your organizer. Lift up towards the ceiling (not towards your knees). Try staying up for a count of two and down for a count of one, to increase the intensity if they catch too unforced.

Another one is lifting one knees to the in front of elbow (sitting up at equal time).

One I find well brought-up especcially if I dont enjoy time to do exercises is to hold your stomach muscles contained by tightly for 10 second (remember to breath) and afterwards permit it out for 5 second. Do this something like 5-10 times contained by a row.
